Every installation comes with a 5-year warranty on motors and a 1-year warranty on safety brakes and remote units, covering mechanical failure only. Our warranty applies if a part itself fails or stops working, but it does not cover damage caused by weather conditions, misuse, or customer interference. To keep your warranty valid, shutters must be serviced every 12 months—if they are not, the warranty will be void.
